Here at Dublin Sports Clinic, we offer a nutritional platform that emphasizes balancing your diet with your training and lifestyle. It is important to understand the influence that your diet has on your performance at all levels, and we cannot neglect our nutritional needs if we have a busy lifestyle. DSC’s Nutrifit program is designed to address your diet and improve your eating habits to complement your training and achieve your goals.
Prior to the consultation you will be asked to complete a 5-7 day food diary, along with a Nutrifit information form. The information provided on the 5-7 day food diary will be used to generate a detailed nutritional report that can be used for analysis. During the initial consultation, we will evaluate your current diet and eating habits, along with your fitness and lifestyle objectives. Dietary strengths and weaknesses will be addressed, along with new meal plans and strategies for adherence to help you stay on track.
In addition to this, we will provide you with supplemental information to help you make those changes to your diet.
After an initial consultation, follow-up consultation and support is available to review the progress of your meal plans and a reassessment of your new diet plan.
