Our group strength and conditioning classes are a fun and cost effective way to improve fitness, strength, or for weight-loss. We also offer classes focused on sports specific conditioning. In our group sessions we stay true to our high standards of training and incorporate a mix of functional training, strength, stability, athletic movement development and core training. We have developed a range of classes that cater for all types of individuals and training goals. No two classes are the same. We constantly challenge the body’s different energy systems and muscles resulting in an efficient high intensity, calorie burning fun workout! We keep our class numbers small (10 to 12 people) to keep the quality of the sessions high and allow for careful coaching.
