We are very excited to offer our clients a brand new service. Stay strong, moving and connected with our live, virtual training sessions. We have a full weekly schedule of daily sessions to keep you physically and mentally fit. So instead of missing out on your regular training, you will still be able to train and interact with your favourite DSC coach and crew when you connect with us from the safety of your own home. Live interactive sessions mean we will still be able to see, chat and coach at our usual high standard – no slacking off!

1. Sign up as usual for your class using the MindBody App or click on the schedule below 2. Receive your private email link to join your ZOOM training session 3. Grab your runners, set up your computer or tablet in front of you and be ready to join our LIVE session
Zoom is an easy-to-use, video communications platform that brings teams together to get more done. Zoom can be accessed from your desktop, tablet or phone but we recommend using your laptop or tablet or you can even stream us onto your TV. The bigger the screen the easier it is to follow.
The first time you log in, you will need to set up your account which is free and takes about 2 minutes. So log into your first class early to set up and be ready to go.
