Dublin Sports Clinic are recruiting a Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our dynamic team in our Dublin 2 HQ. DSC wants a coach who is focused, with drive and enthusiasm and a fun, outgoing personality. An exceptional skill set with excellent interpersonal skills and a team player who motivates others is key.

The ideal candidate must have a degree in Sports Science, Strength and Conditioning, Athletic Therapy or equivalent. A strong background in exercise performance, keen interest in sports and exercise rehab and a proven track record of coaching both sporting and general populations is vital. The ability to work as part of a multifaceted team is essential, where excellent coaching skills, creativity and a high level of attention to detail are the norm. Committed to excellent they will be able to handle a busy caseload, work under pressure with the ability to multitask and have a willingness to learn.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years experience coaching and be confident leading personal training, small group and group training sessions both online and in house. They will need the skill set and ability to work with other team members on injury rehab, programming and performance training. Manual therapy skills are a bonus but not essential.

Candidates must be comfortable working in a lively clinic and gym environment with a strong culture and community and exceptional level of service.
