Functional Strength: Great classes with Paul, super warmups, great mix of strength and body weight exercises. Always come out feeling good.

Lunchtime Conditioning: Came into the class feeling tired and achy, left it feeling energised and pain free. Classes with Fiona are always well thought out you learn something new.
S&C for Runners: I love this class, really good workout and Pete is really knowledgeable and helpful with technique even through zoom! would recommend highly
