Trigger point Dry needling is a very effective treatment where an acupuncture needle is inserted into specific muscles aiming at myofascial trigger points, more commonly known as ‘knots’, in a muscle.. It is a deep, effective treatment for specific area’s of pain and tension.

We use dry needling quite often in conjunction with physiotherapy and physical therapy treatments. This helps to reduce pain, increase movement and restore strength levels to an affected area. Dry needling may not be suitable for all patients but with the help of our experienced team, we can advise you on the most suitable course of treatment.
